Website Per Month is a trading name of Booked & Ready, registered in England. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Information you give us through the enquiry form on this site, such as your name, business name, phone number and answers about your business.
- Information you send us on WhatsApp, email or social media when you get in touch.
- Basic technical information your browser sends, such as your approximate location, device type and the pages you viewed.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a mockup of your website.
- To provide and support your website and, where you have asked us to, your Google Business Profile.
- To take payment for the monthly plan if you become a client.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties except the suppliers we need to run the service, such as our website hosting and our payment provider. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
If you enquire and do not become a client, we keep your enquiry for up to 12 months. If you become a client, we keep your records for as long as you are with us and for six years afterwards, which is what UK tax rules require.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@websitepermonth.co.uk and we will deal with it within 30 days. If you are not happy with how we handle it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store a small amount of information locally to remember your currency preference. Nothing is shared with anyone.
